City Flats was a 50-minute one-act play performed by and for youth in 1996 and 1997, with the majority of actors being inner city youth. The talented performers delivered a moving presentation dealing sensitively and honestly with pressing urban issues, such as poverty and racism, drug and alcohol abuse, vandalism, petty crime, and prostitution.
