Kikinaw: our home is a multidisciplinary festival investigating ideas of home, histories and relationships to spaces - public and private. The event built on the annual Prince Albert Community School Youth Arts Festival. Throughout the school year 2006/07, we invited artists specialized in a variety of media to work with Prince Albert area youth and emerging artists. The artists provided workshops resulting in new collaborative performances and installation works contributing to the Kikinaw festival presentations in May 2007.
